Steel Structure Production For Horse Barn

--All raw materials must have the manufacturer's material certificate, and they can be put into storage only

after they are approved. 100% visual inspection of steel before storage.

--The brand, variety and color of the paint can be selected according to customer's requirement.
--The material that enters the workshop for processing should be flat without bending or deformation, otherwise it

should be corrected.
--Must be made according to the processing process.
--The rust removal level must meet the industrial standard.
--Steel structure should be polished to the tight parts during processing and production, reaching 75% of the

contact surface.
--The processed components should be numbered, and the drawing number and part number should

be clearly written for easy search.

Precautions for Steel Structure Transportation

--When the steel structure is shipped, it is necessary to ensure that the binding is firm and stable.
--Do not exceed the rated cargo capacity of the container or truck.
--Loading and unloading personnel should wear safety helmets and safety

shoes for operation, and conduct safety inspections on vehicles
--When loading and unloading cargo, follow the arrangement of the operation commander to ensure safe operation.
--Commonly used reinforcement materials are brackets, skids, triangular wood (including steel), square wood,

iron wire, steel wire rope, wire tensioner, etc.
