1. Tie bar
(1). The material of Tie Bar:
Generally made of round steel pipes, welded end plates at both ends, and connected with the structural frame by bolts. There are two types Surface treatment: painted and hot-dip galvanized.
(2). The position of Tie bar:
It Is Generally Installed At The Upper End Of The Column And The Ridge Of The Roof. If There Is A Crane, It Should Be Installed On The Crane Beam
2. Cross bracing
(1). The Material Of cross bracing:
Generally made of round steel, with tapping at both ends. Some project also use angle steel. There are two types Surface treatment: painted and hot-dip galvanized.
(2). The Position Of Cross Bracing:
On roof and wall, between purlins, beams and columns.
3. Angle brace
(1). The Material Of angle Bracing:
Generally made of angle steel, with hole at both ends. and connected with the structural frame by bolts. There are two types Surface treatment: painted and hot-dip galvanized.
(2). The Position Of Angle Bracing:
Between beam and roof purlin.
